Whether it's a few lbs, here: a few lbs there or 330+ lbs to loose like yours truly...WE CAN DO THIS!! <br /><br />I got the opportunity to talk to Jillian today, and she is sending me her first book. I am also currently reading "Master Your Metabolism" and it has scared the crap out of me. I LOVE IT!! I think it is TOO much for me right now though. Jill said to start with the basics. The Math. Calories in vs Calories out. Period. Nothing else. Once you master the math, move on to other things like, the KINDS of foods your are taking in, macro-nutrients, organics etc. She also told me to walk 30 mins a day, 5 days a week. OK!!
